Where they were starting from.

Blink Commercial Cleaning is an established operator in the Carolinas run by Todd Knight, a long-standing Elevate client. Abigail Knight, Todd's daughter, launched the New York expansion with almost no local presence: one or two clients, no brand recognition, and no local referral network. New York is one of the most competitive commercial cleaning markets in the country. Doing outbound herself was not sustainable alongside running the operation, and the growth math demanded a repeatable pipeline system in a market where Blink was starting from zero.

What we built.

Todd referred Abigail to Elevate after his own multi-year experience with our cold email and cold calling system in the Carolinas (see Todd Knight's original story at Blink Commercial Cleaning). We launched a cold email campaign into New York facility managers, property managers, and business owners right before the holidays. Lead flow ramped hard in January with new replies coming in almost every day, and by February we were booking walkthroughs on Abigail's calendar nearly every weekday. Prospect quality held: fewer than 10 percent of leads were unqualified tire kickers, and New York buyers moved fast, sometimes signing within a day of the walkthrough. The account mix ranged wider than a typical Carolinas book (a skateboarding academy, two Pilates studios, offices, an English academy, and an art studio flea market), which is exactly what New York expansion should look like.
