1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Elevate Clients Inc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Elevate Clients Inc provides B2B lead generation services including cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business and ICP
• Respond to leads delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain a sales system capable of handling lead volume
• Pay all fees according to the agreed terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

• All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement
• Payments are processed via Stripe or other designated payment methods
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Refunds are not provided for services already rendered

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we have a track record of generating qualified leads and pipeline for our clients, we do not guarantee specific results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elevate Clients Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Austin, Texas.
