Do you guarantee a number of leads?

Is the territory exclusive?

Yes. We work with one cleaning operator per market. If your metro is already taken, we will tell you on the discovery call. If it is open, you lock the territory for the engagement term.

What is the contract length?

Month-to-month after a short initial commitment (typically 90 days so we have enough runway to launch infrastructure, refine copy, and get past the first iteration cycle). No long-term lock-ins after that. Most operators stay 12+ months because the system is compounding by then.

Does pricing include cold calling?
